Atlas Die, LLC has announced the addition of Scott Daniel to its senior leadership team as president of the company. The change was effective as of June 4.

For the past two years, Daniel served as president of Hexacomb Corporation in Buffalo Grove, IL, USA. Prior to becoming president, Daniel held the position of vice president of operations at Hexacomb for seven years. In addition to his experience in paper-based product manufacturing, Daniel spent 17 years in operations for a leading supplier of automotive interiors and consumer electronics. Daniel will report directly to Kenneth Smott, who will continue as chief executive officer of Atlas Die, LLC.

“We are excited to have Scott join the Atlas team,” says Smott. “As we look to continue our growth, Scott’s past leadership assignments have established a solid history of customer centricity, revenue growth and manufacturing excellence.”

Daniel commented, “I look forward to working with the Atlas team to further build our leadership position in steel rule, flexible, and Bernal solid tooling. Exceptional customer service and technical support will continue to be Atlas’ priority.”

Daniel has a master of business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor of science in industrial engineering technology from the University of Dayton.
